I firmly believe in preventative maintenance of the body. We take care of our cars, houses and even other people before we take care of ourselves. My focus at AB Wellness Studio is equipping my clients with the knowledge and tools to take better care of themselves from the inside and out. I use massage therapy and wellness coaching to help clients feel better and to get back on track with a preventative maintenance schedule.
Massage therapy is no longer just a way to pamper and spoil yourself, decades of research has shown the numerous benefits of massage therapy and is a preferred alternative to addictive drug supplementation. Massage helps with many chronic issues such as pain, high blood pressure and so much more!
Wellness coaching, what is it? Wellness coaching is a way for me to help clients feel better on the inside and out via nutritional guidance and counseling, fitness advisory and stress management. This is where we create a plan to match your schedule, family life, and budget! Learn and understand your food choices, what stress does to you and how it affects those around you and learn various ways to stay active without assistance. Build confidence in yourself by taking charge of your health and backing it up with knowledge, instead of "because I said so's".
